Pricing
We strive to maintain quoted prices, but all products are subject to final artwork review. Delivery charges are included in the price to one UK address at the time of order, unless stated otherwise. Additional costs apply for express orders, split deliveries, or international shipping. Value Added Tax is calculated at the prevailing rate on the dispatch date.
Cost Variations
Quotations are based on current costs and are valid for 30 days from creation. We reserve the right to adjust costs after order acceptance to accommodate any rise or fall in costs.
Payment
All orders are 100% pro-forma unless specified otherwise. We do not offer credit accounts.
Artwork Approval
Proofing of artwork is included in the quoted price. Additional design work requested by the customer will be charged at a rate of £50 per hour. Artworks require approval from the customer in writing. Approval authorizes us to proceed accordingly. We allow a maximum of three changes in artwork proofing before additional costs are incurred.
Variations
We make every effort to replicate colors accurately, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to production processes. Customers may request a printed preproduction sample for an additional fee if precise color matching is essential.
Delivery
While our aim is to deliver orders in full, partial deliveries may occur based on availability. Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Damaged goods must be rejected upon initial review to qualify for a full refund. Once damaged goods are accepted, we cannot offer a full refund. Production begins upon receipt of final approval. If production is suspended at the customer’s request or due to customer default, production will resume after 7 days or a holding charge will apply.
Risk & Title
We retain the risk in goods until delivery, at which point risk passes to the customer. Ownership in goods remains with us until the end of the 7-day notification window.
Liability and Returns
We accept no liability for goods received after seven days. Our liability, if proven, is limited to the invoice value of the goods. Customers must report defects immediately in writing for investigation. We reserve the right to dispose of rejected goods.
Claims
Claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be retained for inspection within 28 days. Claims for total loss of goods must be made within 7 days of loss discovery.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for orders if production has not commenced. However, if production or sampling has started, refunds are subject to deductions for incurred costs. Deposit payments are non-refundable. An admin fee and artwork fee may apply to refunds.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers may choose to terminate orders, subject to payment for work done and materials used.
Application of Conditions
These conditions apply to all sales of goods or services and are governed by UK law.
